Writing has been a constant companion since my early teenage years. I grew up speaking three languages. Writing feels like its own language because it is a mechanism for sharing and understanding.

I will write whether or not others read my content. That said, more than half of the emotional payoff for me from writing is whether what I wrote does one or both of the following:

(1) Resonates with others, even just one.

(2) Helps others better understand something, work more effectively, consider a different approach, or be better leaders. Sometimes it’s just distilling something complex into a context that makes more sense to some.
